Scholarships available to students at Pocahontas County High School

The Pocahontas County High School guidance office collaborated with the Pocahontas County Conventions and Visitors Bureau to create a notebook of scholarships for every junior and senior.

College scholarships for the 2012-2013 academic year are available through the office of State Del. Craig J. Zucker (D-Dist. 14). Only degree-seeking students who are residents of District 14 are eligible for a scholarship through Zucker’s office.

Scholarships available to local students

The Speedwell Foundation and the Council on International Educational Exchange, known as CIEE, this year will award 10 scholarships, covering program costs, airfare and supplemental insurance, to Lebanon and Lancaster county seniors for study abroad in the fall 2012 semester in one of the following countries: Chile, Dominican Republic, France, Spain, China or Japan.
